Hi.  I’m Doug, a freelance woodworking copywriter and a woodworker in my free time.

I spent many hours as a kid helping my dad in his shop.  I watched with fascination as the projects that he created came together.  I also watched my grandpa and my uncle create wonderful family heirloom projects.  Eventually, I started on working on my own projects, some of which still reside in my house today.
